Week 1 Day 5/6 Create, record and share

 The Fight (Ephesians 6)
Allow scripture to inspire your imagination and creative through photography, art, digital projects, or any other artistic medium. Write a story, an essay, song to record and share what you have learnt. Carve a sculpture, do random dancing, pick a collection of objects/images that remind you that you are in a good fight. Talk to someone about it and see if it makes sense to them. Blog about the experience here or on facebook for online community support.

Here are some examples of videos inspired by Ephesians 6
This video attempts at humour which is often culturally bound. Do you think you could make one that is more accurate and culturally appropriate?
and
This video is cute but rather cliched, can you use a more contemporary metaphor that is relevant today? Look out for tomorrow's video.

The real challenge as university students is how to allow scripture to influence what is created in our classes and within our academic discipline. Here is an example of how a trainee teacher attempts to do this.

John White writes his thoughts on Ephesians 6 in an opinion piece, here. You may like to try writing your own and pasting it on Facebook.
